The process to get a new heat pump was quite easy. The personnel from Barron were all friendly, courteous and very complimentary regarding their company. That is always nice to hear.
Elmer Anderson came out to my little house in Ferndale on a service call to service/repair an old propane heater. He suggested options if he is not able to find replacement parts. He was very patient in his explanations to be sure that I understood the details and options.

Elmer was right on time and did a thorough job with our yearly furnace and fireplace maintenance. He put a tarp down on my carpet to protect it while he worked on the fireplace. He was very friendly.
