Jim arrived within the specified time frame and called ahead as promised. He was polite and was able to fix our AC on the spot, while also providing our semi-annual HVAC maintenance.
Outstanding work installing my new air conditioner. Andrew M, was the lead tech, and he was super knowledgeable, professional, and competent. Riley, S and Tyler C also did great work. Everyone was very respectful of our new carpets and paint, performed a quick and seamless installation, and did a perfect cleanup. Wonderful crew!

On the third visit by Barron to deal with my flailing Heat Pump. I met the technician I wished o had met on day one.
We discussed the agenda for the visit and Tim got on with the job.
Goal for the day, to find the leak on the system. It required pressurising the system with nitrogen and watching the pressure gauge for any loss in pressure. No loss was found. Using an electronic sniffer following all joints and connections in the system. No leaks found.
Discussion as to the likely cause of the loss of cooling fluid. Probability of their being a fracture in the line running from the external unit to the inside air handler.
Preparing for future replacement of the line.
Vacuuming out the system and installing new coolant.
Refitting a new thermostat and running the system.
Extremely satisfied with the service attention and communication with Tim.
I will ask for him specifically for my next system service.
